Probably around 2 hours. Half of which I had help from our neighbor who kept all the kids busy (5 kids in total while Mali was napping). Could have made it a lot bigger in less time if there weren't any kids around diving in and out of it sporadically, but I guess that defeats the purpose of it. Very sore afterwards.
