The other day, Elliott tried to hug two little girls while we were out and about. Each time, he just walked right up to the girl without having interacted with her before and said, "hug" while extending his arms. They both were a little taken aback. I told him he probably should start out with, 'Hi, you come here often?"

He's getting so big! And I think that the best opening line is just "Hi. I'm Elliott. What's your name? How are you?"
